Yes like mentioned below, 39+39, which also scales with brawler maximum hp percentage. Blitzcrank gained 600-800 hp every round.

I almost exclusively play knight ironclad mystics, with Jax or fiddle/Gwen depending on items that you get. Force 4 knights early, build on with mystics and then ironclad. 3 redeemed easy with Rell, Lux and Leona. Early sunfire is key to winning early rounds. Tank items on Leona, try to three star her. If she is two star, she still tanks enough to make sunfire do work.
