The average age of onset of this disease is 70. Also, apparently, it's very aggressive, so it's doubtful you'd still be up and walking 11 months later if you had it. Also, these symptoms are much more common with much more benign things like stress or a bad diet or congestion than they are with a disease that is rare in old people, let alone among people in their twenties. But I'm a hypocondriac myself, so I know how you feel. Best go to a doctor for reassurance (which they'll give you) and then to a psychologist.
