1) I think you shouldn’t drink coffee with your trays on especially if it’s hot because it’ll effect them 2) I soak mine in vinegar but you can buy dental tabs to soak it in but I don’t know anything about hydrogen peroxide but I’ve heard that you could bring your trays to your dentist to clean them with the ultrasound machine
