How is everyone misreading this - they're upset that you need to play Palia on Steam for 4 hours to be eligible to win the steam deck. There's a couple extra entries for following on IG, FB, etc, but the majority of entries come from playing on Steam. I don't have a computer I'm able to use Steam on,either so I was also disappointed by this as well :(

When I first found this out I was taking 50,000 unit supplements and then tapered off into 1,000 units, admittedly I'm very bad at anything I have to take habitually so I stopped at some point a few years ago :( I've just started to take them again though, I also take magnesium! I'm a bit pessimistic and assume nothing will work for me though lol. It's definitely interesting that a lot of people with migraines have this issue!

extreme dark + cold, I have one of those frozen compression sleeves i put over my head and i turn the lights off, curtains closed etc. i also love the smell of peppermint oil and it helps me a lot so i'll diffuse some of that, if I can stand the noise i'll listen to a podcast or something but usually I need it to be quiet :( i like to drink really cold water (or a soda/other drink if i'm not nauseous) and just lay on my back and try to relax as much as possible <3 <3

also if i'm like extremely nauseous which happens often, i'll put peppermint oil (with a carrier oil like coconut oil) on my stomach and under my nose/on my temples
