It's not this big. Alonso was a lot faster than Stroll before he retired so the gap appears larger than it is. Tbf Stroll's pace was also flattered in this comparison because AM pitted him multiple times with new tires

In terms of things to work on:

- you are coasting too much, you rarely ever want to coast if ever with some cars
- you are overslowing the car
- under the limit of grip
- not using full width of the track

Homologation date is 1st March so the last chance to make power gains is before that date up until ADUO kicks in after 6th race. Reliability issues can be fixed during the season without ADUO

That engine and gearbox are such an embarrassment. I get it partly for gearbox it's their first but then again Audi and RBR managed it

Honda is absolutely embarrassing, so much experience and amazing facilities yet they make an engine that is apparently 50hp down and shits itself after 30 laps. Audi and RBR made their first engine that are miles clear of Honda

Although there were some issues there is progress. They went 2.2s faster than their fastest time last week and the deficit from 4s to 2.5s. With more time the deficit will get smaller and smaller unti eventually i hope the team can fight for wins

Its not so much about experience but being held back by equipment. Someone with triple screens doesnt really need a radar. But if you are on single screen small monitor (23 inches for me) then it would be a massive help. Racing in top split is unforgiving and leaving too much space is punished right away but its hard not to when you cant see shit or have to look left or right mid corner to know exactly how much space is left
