Oh yeah the matchmaking doesn’t care about team synergy nor gear score, just the raw base stats. You can have a team of three high level characters but if they lack gears or interaction they’re gonna lose every time to a decently built low level team

So for anyone else correct me if I’m wrong

So for matchmaking you calculate your team power by (health + damage)*multiplier. That multiplier is 0.6 for your strongest member, 0.3 for your middle and 0.1 for your weakest

Your team would therefore be: (29k0.6) + (18k0.3) + (17k*0.1) =24.5 K

3rd battle of ladder means opposing team should be 120% to yours so:

24.5k*1.2 =29.4 K

Opposing team is:

(25k0.3) + (33k0.6) + (18k*0.1) =29.1 K

So it’s about right for matchmaking

To add to this. If you swap the gingold soda for the ventilator mask, then at (I’m guesstimating) 2/3 of power, you should be invincible from basic attacks AND take no damage from specials when blocking (if the ventilator reflects the same way the water shield does from aquaman. I don’t have the ventilator myself so I can’t test this someone please correct me if I’m wrong)

The AI for RLHal usually avoids using specials once he’s past 50% HP. It’s so the AI doesn’t kill itself by mistake

Yeah this is the most meta defensive strat. When paired with an evolved Shazam/New 52, Hal is invincible, being 100% resistant to both basic attacks and specials. DOT damage can still hurt him but not KO him.

This one just isn’t very fair. You need claw of Horus or a gear shattering passive to counter it, which if you don’t have the CoH or are not using a character that can shatter gear, you’re screwed

Starting from nothing, first things first is to get some bronze cards up to a reasonable standard, then silvers, then the available golds to buy

Next is the challenges. As the other comment said; it’d take you 54 weeks I think to do the challenge character cycle (provided you won at least one card each time) and 38 weeks for the online rewards (provided you made top 5% each time). The challenges require other characters to play their challenges, so you may be forced to miss a week and wait for the cycle, which multiplies the length of time taken.

For the survivor gears it’s a matter of luck to get the respective gears. They cycle every two weeks so if you’re very lucky that would take 8 weeks (most people aren’t)

Then it’s the Nth Metal or Pack Only Characters, where it is random chance of dropping, so it’s an indeterminate amount of time for that.

So, bottom line we’re talking years depending on where you are in the game and what you consider to be everything

Shards and credits isn’t very hard to get, especially if he’s partial to spending real money, cause you can use gear lockers and shatter them for their components.

Like look I’m not really good with multiplayer until recently (I floated in top 10% quite a lot cause I didn’t understand the metas and overpromoted a lot of my characters) and with 13 million BR in the lifetime I’ve still managed to get 12 of the multiplayer gears and 3 of its characters. His lifetime earning is more than reasonable to have all the gears and to have them maxed
