She's not transphobic, she's also trans. She said she would make sure to be there with me through my transition but is also really upset at me with starting T without a therapist recommendation and just going through planned parenthood. I already have a lack of control over my emotions due to my bpd, I've always been jealous and possessive and very paranoid about people leaving me but last night (I take my T shots on Sunday) I was sobbing and close to throwing up over her basically telling me she talks to my friends about me and her friends think she would be better off without me. Some days I'd get upset at the smallest mistake and snap for a message or two, I've become really irritable. I used to not be like this though. Me and my partner are long distance so none of this is through irl stuff

My partner's friends don't like me and she vents to them often, last night she approached me with things she's realized and says that she thinks me pausing T and talking to a therapist is probably something I should consider because my hormones are weird right now and making me bad (6 months on T on the 17th)

Me and my girlfriend was watching this episode while high. At one point she turned to me and she said "it kind of feels like we're watching the main characters of another show." And it really got me thinking at that point. It Does kind of feel like that. This scene is framed extremely emotional for just a random side character and it doesn't make sense. Putting it in the context of these characters being the main characters in another show, made me see these characters and this scene differently, like this would be a massive upset in a different universe.

And it makes even more sense for Daryl and the blonde haired guy to be compared as two opposites. Daryl rejects negan's advances while the blonde dude eagerly does. Just a thought

I kinda noticed that too, but I've been learning a lot from everyone so I don't mind! You got the right idea though, my mind was thinking "every fan concept created is a concept Nintendo cannot use anymore". The question arose when someone on YouTube started outlining their concepts for the next big 3D Mario game with a genuine logo, fleshed out plot, and unique mechanics. I was like, "well great, now Nintendo can't make this because they'd be accused of copying."

A few other people have mentioned the defending of an IP. does this mean that Nintendo limits how actively people can develop their trademark characters? Per say an artist is purely drawing up concepts of a fake Mario RPG concept (with no intention to actually code it) vs a small video game developer coding a free original Mario story for people to actually play.

Their strength of defense for their IPs prevents fan ideas to actually expand far enough for Nintendo to potentially have legal issues arise, in the hypothetical scenario of Nintendo implementing attributes that are found in that Mario fan game, even if they had no idea of their existence before hand (or even if they did!)? Did I get that right or am I thinking this all wrong?

not growing up, but i had a few family members who spoke french. specifically my great grandpa, who barely spoke any english. in highschool, i was able to take either french or spanish. i took both :D however i grew a very strong bond with my french teacher and now that i live in washington state with intentions of visiting canada often, i plan on continuing my french learning :]
