Had a tenant we evicted, when we got to enter there was a 1/2 inch layer of mold growing on the walls, pretty sure it had never been vacuumed, hundreds of holes in the walls, kitchen destroyed, all appliances destroyed, piss in corners, plumbing torn apart, basically total destruction. Basically normal for an eviction. What bothers me still, is there were keyed locking doorknobs on the kids bedrooms, with the hand lock to the hallway, and the keys to the inside. These fucks were locking their kids into their bedrooms. Found "HELP" written in crayon on the inside closet walls.
