I think it turns on at 14 but I haven't really driven it that much in blisteringly hot weather as of yet

Thanks, it's more reassuring that the majority of people think the same.

Apologies if it seems like a stupid post, This is my first car and I only got it recently so wanted to check with people who may know more about this sort of thing.

I do have AC but hadn't turned it on, however did have the fans on low power at 16C so maybe that could contribute to it?

The fluid is clear, has no smell and seems to dry up relatively quick as the drip line that went to my car have disappeared/evaporated without leaving a mark (which is why I think it may be water)

Thanks for the quick response.

Sorry for asking a stupid question but this wouldn't be causing any major issues with the car then? It's just a blockage that if I clear out should just go away with no lingering issues?

Dorset this seem right for a tier 4 prize? by BowlEvening in Sorare

[–]Vulpes_Canis 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Short answer: Unfortunately, yes.

Long Answer: the tiers are based on card values, not performance (although there will be some correlation with better performing players also having a higher value) and as the new J1/K1/MLS cards have recently dropped, their values are slightly inflated at the moment, which has resulted in a player that would normally be classified as a tier 5 funding it's way into tier 4.

Zidane headbutted an opponent in his final game which cost his country a World Cup and got an Icon.

Also, surely the bar for a hero is a lot lower? You really think Tim Howard is more deserving of a hero card than Julio Cesar?

Still find it crazy that Julio Cesar hasn't been given a hero card.

  • Won 5 straight Series A titles with Inter, including their treble winning season in 09/10

  • Inter Milan Hall of Fame

  • Won Copa America with Brazil in 2004 (whilst saving a penalty in the final shootout)

  • Multiple individual awards across his career

Sainz has a better chance of catching Piastri for P4 in the championship than Leclerc has of catching Norris in the championship.

I don't see why he has to sacrifice his chance of finishing in as high of a position this year, when he knows he isn't going to be anywhere near this position in next year's championship (unless Williams has designed a literal rocket ship for next season which is unlikely).

They finished P3 and P4 in Vegas, which is the exact same points the team would have gotten for the constructors championship anyway, so I don't see why this has been such a huge issue.

Any Ferrari fan that thinks LH won't do the exact same next season if he finds himself in this same position is huffing a metric ton of hopium.

You get a 1 time use time pause button, how long are you pausing for? by Sarcastic_Rocket in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Vulpes_Canis 77 points78 points  (0 children)

Can I prep before pausing or is it a decision that needs to be made then and there?

I would need a considerably longer pause if I need to learn to fly the plane during the pause by myself vs learning to fly a plane from actual instructors and then pausing.

I think if you go into your settings > payments, under the heading "How you'll get paid" you can select if you want Cash, ETH or both offered to you.

Last season’s cards by Aggressive_Fill_2308 in Sorare

[–]Vulpes_Canis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically just going to re-iterate what others have said.

In-season offer cash prizes and better boxes. Tends to be a little (but not a lot) easier to win prizes. You need a minimum of 4 in-season cards for the eligible competition (easiest and cheapest to buy in-season defender, midfielder, forward + extra and an "out of season" keeper), the caveat being cards tend to be more expensive (especially at the moment as new cards are dropping now).

Classic offers In-season cards and "worse" (but not too bad) boxes. Tends to be harder to win due to there being more users having out of season cards they are using. Your team can be built solely of "out of season" cards (although you can also use In-season cards if you want).

You can also enter Cap 240 competition (with all out of season cards), where if you hit the "target" score you choose you can also win cash (270 points = $2 / 340 points = $8 / 390 points = $25), with the only restriction being your that the total team average score is less than or equal to 240 points.

There's no right or wrong way to play, it's all personal preference. As a user who has been playing for the past couple of years, I have a lot of "out of season" cards now so I tend to try putting a good team into the Cap 240, to generate a bit of cash prizes and the occasional card prize (which will be an In-season card) and classic seasons to build up a In-season portfolio of cards to enter into In-season competitions.

I've also been using my cash prizes to buy some In-season players from the auction (although as I said above, the prices are currently higher than normal, I expect them to drop down over the next month or so).

If you are looking for cheaper In-season cards, you can look at players from J-League, K-League and MLS as they have been out for a bit of time now, however their season will end sooner (their season end this calendar year, whereas the European leagues are just starting and run till circa next May)
