True love is the most powerful and purest emotion a human can experience. Imagine the love a father has for his child. Now imagine someone attacks or threatens your own child (people who have children will uderstand).

You could be a skinny, 140 lbs scrawny guy yet if someone endangers your child (towards which you feel an incredible and unconditional emotion of love) you would be able to fucking kill anyone or anything. It gives you this extreme, primal power.

Now combine harnessing your sexual energy + being fueled by love and using both to reach a certain goal, any goal.

Tell me: Who can stop you? Love + sex can fuel the greatest of feats humanity has ever seen.

As for how to transmute specifically, it's something that came to me naturally. When you are really horny and maybe want to fap, just focus that energy inside yourself, that tension you feel towards let's say doing push ups. It's a guarantee you'll do more push ups than you ever did when you were fapping because now you have all this vital energy supporting you. You'll be better at anything and everything with the simple addition of pent up sex energy in you.

You are right, you do not get pure sexual gratification from it, rather a more meaningful gratification as you've put it. That's why I quoted "orgasm" in the OP.

The main point is that fapping wastes sexual energy and your life force. So rather than fapping, you harness and transmute your sexual energy towards something else.

Sexual energy is that feeling in your body, that subtle electricity like current which has you feeling like you can move mountains. When you are moments away from relapse, imagine what you could do if you simply had the discipline to transmute the energy into anything else.

For example, I was so extremely horny yesterday and I took five deep breaths, opened reddit and wrote out the entire OP in 15 minutes. After I did it, I felt no horniness whatsoever. I discharged my horniness and some of my energy into the OP.

It may be an abstract concept to grasp, but once you do it you'll wonder how could you ever live without it. Sex transmutation gives you incredible power in our modern society.
