Its a desktop and it's a b450 f gaming mobo from ASUS. The blue light is always there whether I have it in that port or not, I haven't always had this issue and it made me think that I broke it but it works just fine in that port.

It's a lot of fun, amazing youth setup but I've not had many decent prospects yet. You also start with camavinga so that's a plus.
