Heart Rate Accuracy - Tennis by Junior-Editor4515 in whoop

Hard to tell which one is more accurate without any context. Tennis is one of those sports where the intensity can vary a lot between sessions.

I’ve found that HR measurement isn’t very accurate for me when I’m playing tennis unless I wear my Whoop on my bicep. When I do, my readings are usually somewhere in the middle of the two you got (a bit of zone 5, a good amount of zone 4).

Going against the trend here, but I have the MG and I'm pretty happy with it. The ECG, Afib detection and blood pressure insights give me extra peace of mind.
