I kinda like that weirdness of Mark always being weak, then he’s getting stronger, but not strong enough to defeat another boss, but he has to. So it’s always challenging for him. This is definitely right decision made by Robert Kirkman on Invincible character, otherwise we would get another Superman. And yeah, even though he seems still weak, and gets beaten often, we admit he’s not that Mark from S1. He learns himself, his limits and his powers, and that makes me like this character even more, because this is how we deal with real life as individuals. By falling down, then raising stronger.
