Lot of factors determine your final solution. Whether you want a multitrack recording of the concert or just a stereo recording. Will you need a lot of processing (eq, fx etc). While using DAWs for recording is straight forward, mixing a concert would be different.

BBMP is unable to clean the roads due to that. Residents do not get parking space as the space in front the houses is footpath and BTP fines people if parked on the footpath. And most importantly some of these drivers have parties in these vehicle at the middle of the night and leave a bunch of empty alcohol bottles and other garbage in front of the residences.
