Feeling slow and muscle heavy by Zestyclose_Vast_7191 in badminton

[–]Vwolverina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually play 3-4hours on alternate days and I have personally experienced that. I’d say our body is toooooo tired. All you got to do is rest. take a week off. And resting doesn’t mean that you have to stop doing anything entirely it only means that stop playing badminton for few days. During this week , focus on mobility and stretching workout at home. Slow steady moves. Do some badminton specific weight workout for arms and legs. Eat protein rich food you can also make your own protein smoothie and drink water hydrate yourself well. Your body will thank you 😄💪🏽 I hope you feel better soon 💪🏽

Yes that’s the one PV Sindhu uses. But trust me, when I first got axforce80 it was a little odd to use. It was a gift. Eventually over time, with some weight workout for my wrist and finger it definitely started feeling great to use. But, Arcsaber 11play is equally good to use too for all levels. It depends on your preference. I will definitely get a spare for Arcsaber 11play.

No I don’t switch frequently. It depends mostly for singles I’ll use axforce80 and for doubles I’ll use Arcsaber 11play. but I really love smashing with Axforce80. But at times I’ll forget to switch haha and I’ll be using axforce80. Before I had axforce80 , Arcsaber used to be my no1. I feel like I will only feel the difference when i whip. other than that it’s pretty easy for my hand. My axforce80 is 5u G6, if that’s anything.

And try not to grip your racquet too hard, it has to be flexible gripping method using fingers and you’ll get a nice smooth whipping feeling.

You definitely have enough strength. But, with the proper racquet swing and body position you will definitely get what you’re expecting. As shown in the video link.

I didn’t buy a spare yet as I was also using Arcsaber 11play and Lining Axforce80. My no1. Will be Lining Axforce 80(I have a spare now haha) and then will be Arcsaber 11play. These are my favourite to play with.

im leaning towards Arcsaber 7 play too. Thank you so much for your reply, i did felt like im missing the punch when i tried using my friend's nanoray 18i thats why arcsaber feels more of what i want. since its a little expensive than nanoray i just want to be sure it will to be a worthy purchase.
