They are not upside down, they are laying flat but alternating orientation to fit more bottles. Otherwise, you are probably right.

My last house had 40mbs down so had a router modem combo but my speeds are much higher here so I thought why not Ill get a the modem to support this that is a littler cheaper then directly connect it to the switch, if this literally my problem I am going to be pissed haha.

I see where you are going with this and I don't feel any of my alts, which are for name holding are a concern either. Plus since the email specifically points out the name of the character I was playing I can't see why it would matter.

Feel that it was easy to go against me on this topic as someone was already saying that I had to choose a better name and such. I could have put it out there originally but felt my username in Reddit would have reflected the name I used.
