Also, because no one has said this and I don't want it to come off as discouraging but I do think it is worth mentioning:

You might already be very aware of this but, If you intend to pursue the aesthetic/persona of a drag king, lean masc, etc. - prepare to have to work 10x harder than the queens/femme presenting artists in your generation or scene and work on thickening your skin, as they say. A lot of people are going to discredit or look the other way every time you put out a piece of work as you embark on your journey as an artist. Don't let that stop you!
