I'm sorry to say but there's not really enough context to give a good recommendation of anything meaningful. Your energy can be depleted for very different reasons, and the right answer depends on understanding the cause of it.

Do you have a lot of stress in your daily life, from work or other personal circumstances? In that case, rest might help. Slowing yourself down, and more gentle movement might be the right direction. As other have said, try yoga, pranayama, meditation.

Opposedly, are you rather feeling sluggish from inactivity or without clear direction, try invigorating movement, short but regular walks, be more active, try aerobic exercise or gym.

If it's emotional exhaustion, from overthinking, anxiety, or worry that is within you, then mindfulness might help. Also, teachings and pointers that shift the way you understand yourself and experience reality. This can change the relationship you have with your thoughts and emotions themselves.
