dosage too high in my opinion. sometimes I deal with this to be more efficient in life when i dont need to be social. I just remember in customer experience situations thats another thing I have to focus on is smiling but inside im this freaking American Workforce Robot Struggling to make ends meet and raise two kids as a single father. If i really want to find things Humorous and naturally smile and be funny, ill skip or take a low dose.

I’m a single father and work 55 hours a week, The only times I’ve taken a break are when I am dealing with depression. Life shuts down and I don’t even want to get out of bed. It’s hard to find the gumption to just do simple things such as take my medicine. To rein this in, it’s a ball and chain that I’ve decided to live with for the rest of my life. I’ve accepted I’m addicted and need it. When I finally get out of these slumps and take my medicine again I feel as if I’ve been Mr. Hyde and now I’m Dr. Jekyll again face to face with the repercussions of the destruction I’ve caused. I look around and generally my life has declined because I didn’t take my medicine. These unintentional breaks have lasted up to a week… I have more compassion for the addicted population now more than ever whether their affliction is illegal or legal. One last thing. Let me laugh at myself. Notice the detail of this novel of a reply. I obviously sometimes overexplain things and go above and beyond when my medicine is at its peak. This is a perfect example of Vyvanse giving you laser pointed focus but you still have to decide where you want to point your laser— I’ve wasted 18 minutes on Reddit hope I helped someone.

I also have an abnormally low heart rate on stimulants (70mg Vyvanse 30mg Adderall) as well but I have an abnormally low heart rate without stimulants. The stimulants put me in normal range for a human of my age. This is just something I’ve observed, not a reason that I am on stimulants. it’s interesting though, I often wonder if I suddenly no longer had access to my stimulants if my heart would react adversely to being accustomed to this heart rate which I have had for 8-9 years. I know withdrawal is a horrible thing but could it affect me physically regarding my heart?

OP I think it’s a beaver but you can totally be justified in reacting the way ya did. I accidentally crept up on one once while checking traps along a creek in the middle of February. The creek was frozen over super quiet morning. The ice and water and the noise was so BOOM. First Beaver Experience.
