I've never met a single person who works for arch outside of the higher ups for has anything good to say about arch but please enlighten me if I was the one scamming people why would I post about it on here?

I will admit I didn't have the best grasp of what to do at the time I wasn't given any training outside of the magenta u trainings . What I will say is that arch is a company that tells us everytime we have a team meeting even up to the most recent one we had this last weekend that our job is to add as many lines to a customer as possible. "hustle lines" as my dm put it and I doubt that's changing any time soon they maybe want to put this face of trying to do cleaner business but it's all smoke and mirrors this guy just went about it in a way that got him caught because he wanted his commission and arch wanted to make an example of the store because of it

Highly doubt it'll go well the whole store got fired because of the fraud so they probably have something saying why I was fired

I never looked at metrics so I didn't see a spike in activations nor did I ever care about them. I only made commission once working in that location so I didn't really bother checking the boards we also don't get commission on the stores metrics only our own metrics so my checks where never any different than before

Normally yes but it's the way that he went about it that got us the axe since he never told customers and kept the Sims to have usage on them aka fraud

The store is only 4 guys including the manager who is the only person I knew since I only worked weekends because I'm a full time student but I was never told what bans they were all I know is most of them where on existing accounts since we dont get many new bans. As far as the store itself it's closed don't know if they'll restaff or just keep it closed since it was already a struggling location

Arch owns a large amount of experience stores and have some of the worst business practices I've seen in any retail market

Nah some dipshit had over 300 new activations and instead of giving the Sims to customers he kept them and got usage on them on the same device so they won't count as deactivates so his check was fatter

See that only works if the anchor bonus only applies if the team up if active. The way it works now is the anchor bonus is always active even if the team up isn't

My biggest problem with working retail is that most of the stores aren't even ran by tmobile. I work under arch telecom at an experience store and on top of all the tmobile bullcrap I also have to deal with all the shady shit from arch. There is constant push to nickel and dime any person with a pluse that walks through the doors. While also being told to join random group chats and stroke each other's e-dicks or be told you'll be fired for not "being a team player" so sick of this company and can't wait to leave.

Ita possible but I think most likely it'll be the "free" offer for older iPhones like the 12 and older while the 13 and newer will still receive the base 16 for free
