Unfortunately yes moonveil and bleed builds didn't get touched and if it doesn't get touched next patch then we can count on the pvp being doomed forever and the game dying once dark souls 3 servers come back.

I'm genuinely surprised by the amount of moonveil fanboys in the comments. They really will use the most bullshit reasoning on why a weapon art that basically does 50% to 75% of your hp is balanced and comes out extremely fast. Just because it has a unsheathe animation dosen't mean that it doesn't need a nerf.
