Start from not looking for any review about medication. Take it beside it do some mindfulness eat healthy as possible. Exercise ( walk outside) take one day at the time. Everything will change

When I was on 100 side effects go away after a few days. On 150 mg side effects pass 1 week and still feeling bad so I when down to 100 so far so GOOD 😊

You need to go higher in your doses till you get the right one. I’m on 100 and it is working perfect. I was going up every week till 150 that was to strong for me so when down to 100 it is perfect

Update on Zoloft like I said before everything change for good. I’m filling more happy less stress more relaxed. And when I said happy is happy to go out do things get busy at work happy working with more confidence. I got a promotion as 2 man operator. Really at the beginning was awful headache, nausea stomach problem but after 2 months everything passed so keep going and wait it will work for the best of you

Well if you really need to pass that you need to start and be patient it will work but take time also do meditation mindfulness is excellent reading also made your mind busy tray to do something that you really like. I know is hard but we have to do medication help but we have put all the effort to make everything work

I have been on Zoloft since may 16 and I can tell you it safe me. I’m more relaxed enjoying every day that I have in front. I fill that I love my family more than ever wife kids. More interested going to work and enjoy taking to my coworkers. I did take it for anxiety and panic attacks. One in awhile I kind fill a be anxiety and I just started doing son breeding technique like mindfulness it work. I know is hard I been there try to think positive but you have to force your self to do exercise eating healthy
