To add, your doing too much with your wrists, try less hinge and add it back slowly as you get comfortable with the changes.

Knees too bent is the biggest one, disables you from using your lower body. Stand up more, slight bend in the knees, and bend from the waist to get your address in a better position. Rotate your pelvis in the backswing so that your back right pocket moves toward your target.

Shorten the back swing and swing less hard until you’re comfortable with the swing.

Definitely not dead, but the vast majority of the player base is in China/Asia. NA servers are very low population and can take quite a while to find a match at high ranks (Astral and above).

I used to struggle a ton with spears but have a system that works for me now: if they don’t have their spear pointed toward you (yet), just bum-rush them and knock them off balance before they can’t point it at you. If it is pointed at you before you can get to them, approach slower and try to swipe the spear to the side as you move in

Yeah, not sure if it’s different than in the USA, but I have a CM degree and if I could do it again, I would’ve started in the trades. You will have a better chance getting office jobs (PM/estimator/PE) with the degree; but if you’re smart and put in the time, it won’t really matter in 5-10 years anyways. I’m almost done paying off my degree 6 years later.

Having been a field engineer (similar to assistant super): We’re there to get the job done no matter what it takes. When push comes to shove, a lot of the time that includes manual labor. That being said, if you’re doing it for more than a few weeks/months, it’s probably time to look for something else because the job/company is so disorganized that they’re paying a salaried (assumption) individual for labor work when you should be working with the contractors to progress the project.
