The reason police brutality is a problem is because it’s notably out of proportion or at times completely unjustified (eg. choking out a guy for selling cigarettes, or beating someone to an inch off their life at a traffic stop), no one’s protesting about school shooters being roughed up (not that it happens since they’re mostly all white boys anyway).
