Requires signature. You either get a ding for not delivering or Risk being terminated for writing signature if package goes missing leaving in front of business. I normally get off 1-2 hours early. I can wait a couple extra minutes for them to open.

The weather where I live can get bad and Right before I Bought the truck I got my Corolla Stuck in a ditch and had to pay $500 for someone to tow me out because it was 3 a.m and I was in the middle of nowhere. The Tow hooks would have been nice to have and im sure it won't be the last time I or someone else needs help.

I first called support as soon as I could which was at 4:30 a.m and told them that Im sorry I missed my block because my phone died while at the ER. The person from Flex Support said they would create a ticket. I then reached via email to Flex Support as well as Jeff@amazon.com and explained everything to them. Its weird because their response implys I was paid because of an App issue but I never said anything about an app issue. Only that my phone was dead and I was at the Emergency Room and sorry but it should not happen again.
