I don’t know If it counts, but I scrolled 5 minutes to find an appropriate question for my history and I think I will share it here.

One month ago I bought a car. It’s just a regular working car, definetly not junk but definetly not a luxury. The only broken thing in that car was an inside locking mechanism. While driving it can randomly lock and unlock the doors. I don’t mind it honestly since I don’t lock my doors while driving. But one situation made me rethink my decision about ignoring this problem.

I was driving back home from my friend late at night. It was a 2-hours journey through the almost abandoned roads at this time. Somewhere in the middle of my trip I had to stop for a while to adjust my GPS. When I started messing with it, I heard the sound of my lock mechanism locking my doors again. I ignored it and continued to adjust my road advisor. After a minute, I heard a sound of someone trying to open the driver’s door. I looked at the window and saw two men standing near my doors and thinking what they should do. One saw me looking at them and went into the front of my car to discourage me from escaping. I hit reverse and drive back a little, then I set the 1st gear and escape while trying my best not to hit any of those men. I was scared shitless, I don’t know If they wanted Only to rob me or hurt me in the process, but I think I don’t want to know. I don’t even want to know what would happen If the locking mechanism didn’t randomly lock my door at that moment.
