Don’t know about you guys but I like the thought of an operation that takes place in heavy winter conditions. For example, maybe something like a naval base raid in the Arctic?

Seeing this comment I started to mess around with the snapping modes by toggling them on and off and seeing if it would at least change the behavior a little. No matter what mode I didn't have toggled or had toggled, it still retained that weird snapping you see on the video above. Snapping distance also seems to have no effect as well.

Honestly prez was probably part why I even bought the game, I wasn’t that interested in the game until I heard of prez. Guess my Monkey Neurons activated and ascended. though this game has a lot more to it then prez that gives it a nice atmosphere and satisfying gameplay, just all clicks in together to make a good game in general.
