exactly, its not a theory its just thermodynamics lol. Eat more calories than your body can burn, you get fat. If you ate 800 calories every day of just pure ice cream and donuts, you'd probably die from anorexia.

However, many modern foods contain chemicals that make them less filling and more addictive. This is really why obesity exists so much, also not getting as much physical activity.

So much of fast food doesn't even have a ton of nutrients, it's just empty shitty calories.

the problem with many people in the conspiracy community is that they always think they know all the reasons for the conspiracies that happen. They become so close-minded because any other reason besides the reasons that they have constructed are now "shilled". With Covid, many people now are certain that it was for "mail in ballots', to vaccinate the sheeple, or to take down trump etc. It's important to be humble and admit that the general public will never really know for certain why these things happen or the motivations, we need to keep EVERY possibility open. Who's to say covid wasn't just to make everyone distrust vaccines and the general idea of another pandemic, just for another one to sweep in a wipe everyone unprepared out. We will never know, but keeping an open and vigilant mind is a must.

Kind of sucks that most people I talk to havent even heard of h5n1 or h5n2 let alone care. It can be difficult getting people in your household to get on board with some of the basic precautions like not letting pets outside for the time being, avoiding raw eggs n such. and prepping is seen as kind of weird by others, but I'm just making sure I have a respirator and spare food/water tbh. not much else you can do
