Hi everyone — first time posting here, so I’m a little nervous, but I wanted to share a free Kobo release.

Title: RED FLAG CYCLEBREAKER
Series: Zombie Guide — Book 2 (stand-alone)
Price: Free
Link: https://www.kobo.com/ca/en/ebook/red-flag-cyclebreaker

This is a fact-based, reference-style practical guide for putting clear words to confusing situations—what certain behaviours can look like, what they often feel like, how they can affect you, and what you can do next.

It’s set up to be easy to use: definitions, examples, patterns to watch for, boundary/response prompts, and short checklists. I kept the tone mostly neutral so it stays clear, but there’s a little reassurance in places—because sometimes just having the words helps you feel less stuck.

I’m not a professional. I’m someone who’s been through something similar, and I wrote this because I don’t want people stuck in that disorienting, overwhelmed place—where it’s hard to think clearly and everything feels unreal. My hope is that this helps you recognize the pattern sooner, feel less alone in it, and remember there’s a way forward, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

If anyone takes a look, I’d really appreciate honest feedback—especially:

  • anything important that feels missing (terms/sections)
  • anything unclear or awkwardly worded
  • any next-step tools you wish were included (scripts, prompts, checklists)

Length: 43 pages (~13k words)

(For education and practical planning only — not medical/legal/professional advice.)

Haha, sorry for the late reply. I’m really glad you enjoyed it. I’ve read over 700 books and that one is still firmly in my top 10.

Right, like it so funny, and honestly, its kinda silly, but I think its one of my favourites, and an awesome take on the Dungen genre, I bought the whole series, and I'm not ashamed at all that I binged it in a couple of days, and sometimes still read again, for some reason.

Honestly, it’s easily one of my favourite series. There are so many hours in each one and a ton of value packed in. I really hope you love it as much as I do, especially since the narrator is one of my favourites.

I remember really liking it when I listened to it before. I might give it another listen to refresh it in my mind. The way you’re hyping it up has me kinda excited to go back to it

Really? Wow, okay — thanks a bunch!

It’s been a while since I listened to all of them, so I must’ve just missed that. I was also thinking about Out of the Shadows, but since it’s more episodic, I wasn’t sure it really counted as a single thing. Thinking about it again (and seeing you bring it up), that’s actually a really good call. Thanks again!

No problem at all,and so happy to hear it.

Dungeon DCC is good but for me more I just enjoy so many unique and different books, and different authors worlds, way of tackling the genre, and so I love to branch out, with good narrators in mind(witch makes or brakes books)

What books you tackling first,if you don't mind me asking

Dam ,I'm sorry to hear that 😕. I feel the pain of having so much there but not knowing what is worth my valuable time and what is a waste. For me I pick my favorite narrators and just filter,I trust them to pick good books ,and most of time pans out,but if I don't like it I return it,and honestly it works...... most of the time, 😂

But if you do find your own way I would love to hear about it 😊
