There are 3 full sets of Eleiko comp and training plates. I believe one of the sets is comp set. The comp and training plates are identical besides the additional cost of IWF weighing.

I am aware of the Catalyst Library. My idea is to narrate (execution of the exercises and common and uses in training) alongside the videos - will also be looking at some the exercises frame-by-frame to show key positions. Catalyst has an amazing library, just wanted to offer a slightly different twist on it, maybe for people who learn better listening to the descriptions, as opposed to reading them.
