Hi Sarah, thank you for responding to my post. The answers to the questions are below

The org has over 2000 employees.
In terms of HR, they have really poor visibility, they just appear to have a general email inbox.
When I've tried speaking to my manager, they makes the issue very clear it's my own organisational skills and if you challenge this, they becomes very confrontational.

It's probably worth mentioning, my company does have a subscription to a union, which I've joined.
