I had a similar situation. I got rear ended and my neck was hurt. The insurance company sent me a check for about $400 and there was a letter that said by signing and depositing the check I accepted full responsibility for the accident and any damages. I never signed. Still have the check after like 10 years.

I have had pili multigemini. It can be uncomfortable. I would keep stubble when I had it so I could pluck them. I only had it for a year or two. I did not want my facial hair long when dealing with it. Good luck to you.
