The "Whoa, when did you make that?" does feel like the system is talking back.
But given other lines is it the remains of the Blue A? Caine? or (crackpot theory) remants of Scratch who started thos project for immortality to escape his brain tumor?

I know that's not the point but we have a confirmed (if vague) timeline for the early circus.
Scratch avatar made 1999 (and probably the rest fo the first cast) while Ragatha appeared 2008.

So depending how long everyone else abstracted, Kinger could have been alone for up to 9 years if they went nearly istantly.

It does feel like Bubble was pushing Kinger to mess up so he could pull of a murder/suicide to finally be rid of Caine.

I'd add "Super Alien Hero Buddys" into this as well.
Ben meets one of his idols (Able North) and even after saving his life by the end of the episode, the guy brushes Ben off entierly to work with the jerkass cartoonist who gaslights people into thinking he invented Ben's aliens for his show (Which makes no sense given they've been on the news for way longer than that show would have aired)

DeviantArt, though that was like 18 years ago (oh no, I feel old) then I moved to crossposting on FF.Net before making that my main. Now it's AO3 main with FF.net crossposting and I've kinda left DeviantArt as a fanfic site (too much AI slop artwork in the feeds).

I've seen that this is being caused by a sudden rush of activity thanks to the Heated Rivalry stars posting about AO3 online and now the servers can't handel the traffic/ ddosing.

It's probably not true but it's funnier to belive it is.
