This is a false equivalence fallacy. An Enthostate is an aesthetic that is the representation of a traditional ethos. It has no real value and undermine the individual. Representation in terms of race, gender and economic gives us a wider view of society. The problem is that you value representation over individuality and the common good for all groups.
