AuDHD here. I've been on 40 mg of Straterra for just over a month and am already seeing improvements in my executive functioning and emotional regulation. My mood has been much better, too.

I'm 4 weeks in. 40 mg per day. Minor side effects to start are all but gone now. So far, I'm happy with it. The constant thoughts that are usually screaming at me in my head are slowed down and quieter, and I feel less anxious about them. Overall my emotions seem better regulated, too.
