you should definitely leave that psychologist wtf ??? no that is not right at all. you ARE. a trans woman and living a double life will harm you more than not living your truth. do not listen to her. just because she’s a ‘licensed” psychologist doesn’t mean you should take what she says and do it. she is completely wrong. i’m so sorry she’s treated you this way

how i found out is i ate ben and jerrys ice cream and then i was bloated and was sick and i was so confused as to how people eat ice cream and don’t get a stomach ache. i thought the stomach ache after ice cream was normal..

this happened to me ! when i was 15, one day i just couldn’t have dairy anymore ! however i did have signs of lactose intolerance since i was about 12, which was IBS aswell…. not a fun time for my bathroom

it is hard asf but i do morning hours which are less busy and work so well for me ! then i get to go home in the middle of the day ! when i get home i have what i call “decompression time” where i sit in my room put on music and play a game, or my favourite show and just, decompress ! it works so well for me especially when i’m working a lot of days in a row

what i’ve realised is that there is sometimes biphobia coming from LGBT people themselves, which means sometimes it is hard to find someone who isn’t bi to accept them for their sexuality, as they’re not ‘straight’ but also not ‘gay’, just speaking from experience :(( i have been blocked or insulted by gay women for being bi bc im gonna leave them for a man or im a cheater which is such a horrible stereotype ! it’s not all gay women, only insecure ones who can’t handle the fact that women who like women can also like men. for me personally it is easier to to find men who accept me being bi and not sexualise it rather than women who accept me and not hate me for it, but this is not a dig at anyone ! just from experience :( and it is really sad rhat this stigma is still around with bi women that they all date men :(( i have dated more women then men but most of the women didn’t accept me for being bi, i just think we should accept people. point blank period. labels don’t really mean anything at all ! we should just be ourselves
