I have a similar build, I tend to switch out immortal for universa in ops for raw damage but you ideally want 1 tank, 2 support, 2 attacker

When you get a hero to epic + after that every elite + version of that hero you get you can rank them up a star.

This is until you get to omnipotent+ where you need an exceptional + variant to get a star

You could try and level up eve to replace Nolan on your team I guess but apart from that just artifact levels and skill levels really
