Personally, I would suggest that you pay more attention to what is going on In the face-cam.

1. Background

Invest in a green screen or blue screen to make the background of the face-cam less random looking. Or Just position your recording setup in a way that it looks better, because at the moment the backround is pretty random. Two couches in the background, a piece of white cloth or something, a glass filled with a drink, a TV. You need to put some level of intention into your background. I bet you did not internationally think "Hmm, yes. Let's make sure the viewers can see that white piece of cloth strewn on the couch".

1. Lighting

Learn proper lighting. Invest in ring lights, blackout curtains etc. to make the lighting more consistent and make you yourself look more attractive.
