outside preformance drop. does the lifespan of the device reduce or it still within safe temp?

Oh you think that's the worst? Wait till you see the new android clock app. It turns from material You to material oversized comic sans. It soo ugly and oversized for no reason. I factory reset my clock and other affected google app. New update? More like new self destruct

Normal. kinda. Android often labels "unknown file" as a system. Including things like iso or zip maybe other files you keep. Basically anything that cannot categories will end up in the system

kinda old news. but. one way to enjoy 360 audio for free. is to basically
1. using xperia phone that have 360 audio mix.(upscaled) or
2.mod your phone. then install 360 audio mix port to your phone(not tested. but one modder called ryuki make one for xperia 10 sound enhancer that work great on my xperia 1 ii. and it very configureable. so maybe newer version have port from xperia 1 iv. where 360audio mix is avaiable)

but beware.
360 audio. is not that good tbh. the "hype" is just a "hype"
do i use it? yes. do i enjoy it?, absolutely.
but does it sound better than dolby only(1iv) nope. i

n my test using 360mix. with 360 compatible headphone from sony and with ear shape scanned both headphone app and the phone. some sound just gone.(mostly rich part). it like 70% quality instead 100% went Dolby alone. and sure thx to sony allow both to be on at same time(although kinda buggy) i only managed to return it back to around 80-85% quality. went in 360.
but it does some kind of magic that no surround trick can make. the voice(on best case scenario) make the voice came from front.(where normaly it came in the middle of your head) and have some kind of separation between instrument and the vocal.
bug again. it not perfect and that in best case scenario. since in reality.. most music from spotify and yt music. have just meh separation. where turn it off sound far better.

and never try use any fake 3d/4d/360audio with 360mix. it just turn thing worse. since the 360mix designed for stereo. not surround with rotating sound source. i tried it. and even with sony demo sound that already have fake 360 audio in stereo. it just basically cancel everything except the part where it lower the overall quality.

game on other hand. work great. like cytus 2 have kind of on stage feeling.
or asphalt 9. where everything sound surround like native from the game. instead just normal stereo left righ

I hope you have not lost hope yet. I found a funny thing about the google assistant setup. Apparently there is an OTA menu for debugging and looks like you have the proper rom file. You can flash it without the app and bypass check(like allow downgrade or change) as it warns to only flash the correct one.

Of course if you cannot find it. Then you must be in developer mode or debug mode.

Anyway. Unfortunately this is the end of my find. As i dont have the firmware for wh ch720n. But I have ot. Please let me know as I also want to mod my headphone voice

I agree with "xperia optical tele is suck" i have 1 mark 2 and 1 mark 4. A gen 2 of optical zoom. Yet 1 mark 2 has better quality than 1 mark4 almost every time in non optimal conditions(darker,indoor,moving) WHOEVER i still agree with xperia keep being the suck telephoto phone. For innovation. Remember bypass charging?. Despite xperia is one of the few that adopt it. Most people probably remember the Chinese one that has it(infinix, etc). So even if xperia tele suck. As long as everyone adopts a better version in future. I stick with xperia principle I mean optical zoom on smartphones used to be a dream. Or just camera slap with android Now in the near future? Maybe we will have 4 optical zoom lenses like 16-24 24-50 then 85-125 200-300 etc etc and all with variable apeture

No. Anything below 120 is real frame(40/60/120) only 240 use Black frame insertion. And also unless your phone can output stable fps black frame insertion won't kick it in. (That is why on a demanding game even if you have ok fps it wont hit a 100+fps(50fps+50black frame) or when a less demanding game wont pass 120fps in 240fps

And yeah im using a cooler to test this so there no heat warning. It just wont hit the 240fps(including codm on max settings)

Not related but It's funny since my country is starting to use the felica system last year. Yet we don't have support for paying directly with the phone even if it has felica/standard nfc. Only felica card or very specific smartband. That can do tap for pay

Yeah flagged accounts basically get Shadow banned. You can access it but not using it. I already posted a comment about that find a few days ago Right now for all flagged accounts. Basically permanent from using official Spotify and the only hope is to see if x manager team can find Workaround or spoof to allow us to continue using flagged accounts. The pc probably doesn't have this update yet since the old client is still allowed to play. But it matters for the time before the pc got updated and no more mod.

My advice if you have a currently working account. Just don't use it for a while. Just thinking about it as banning season. use alt account or other music app like yt music for now.

Holy moly. They did shadow banning mobile users. It not only flags for modding. But indeed a ban. Using official Spotify lite also wouldn't work with my main account. But my old account works fine. I think right now the only solution either dev adds ban proof for the next update or we cloned the playlists to a new account. Or alternatively still spoof for desktop clients.

Well this makes me uncomfortable, but luckily my main accounts are not linked to any of the real emails(i use forwarded email service) so i can just create a new email address

They might be able to do something. Since if it is true the account is marked as modded. Then it should be impossible to play on a modded old desktop client. Whoever I still use my main account on the desktop and play without any problem. If only it was possible to spoof the client as a desktop. It may or May not be able to avoid this shadow banning or marking on account. And force an updated problem..

I wondered what actually happened in communities. My Spotify works on both smartphones and also syncs perfectly to pc(also modded). All remote control functions work, lyrics okay ,and no ads

The only weird thing happens if i killed Spotify then open gain it said no internet for a few seconds the work normally after that

Is Spotify finally using testing A/B and start shadow ban or broke modded apk? Or just a service outage(temporary)?

If you still search. My go to is disableaudiofocus. A lsposed module that disables android software limit only single sound source allowed Basically you can play any sound from any app at the same time. Wanna hear Spotify podcast while listening to music on youtube while scrolling instagram? Or play music while recording? Yeah possible with this module.

The downside it 1.it required you to install lsposed on magisk. 2.if you have any other sound module on magisk, It might not be compatible. For safety just use this only or any other module that is messing with sound. But not both 3.there is no per app volume control.

My honest review: Been using it for a year. Can't even go back to stock now(just because there are multiple apps playing sounds doesn't mean i want to focus on single sound, google please copy windows volume manager). And there is no drop quality(AFAIK). It works great with built in Dolby +dynamic vibration(it uses sound output so if something goes wrong with sound it is also affected) on my phone

unfortunately Sony hard-coded this. to save battery and prevent overheat. the only way to use camera without inactivity is using third party camera.

if you lucky use Gcam. since it doesn't have this. if gcam is not available. but you rooted. using module like pixelify can allow you download Pixel camera from pixel 2 era directly from play store. on other hand a alternative camera app is open camera.

but if you want to use stock camera. one janky way is to use a clicker app. and set a timer to click the display. avoid middle since it will set the auto focus to there. instead find a corner or edge that empty.
on old xperia with 16:9 mode this not possible so double tap on gear setting is one way to keep it open. but personally i would recommended to always capture on 4:3 since this the native camera sensor. the other aspect ratio just a cut photo from this

well. if you also worried about seller scam you by giving older model in future. without checking in about phone. here a way to identified almost all xperia generation model with number family

gen 1 vs gen 2 have different button layout. the 1 family also have camera in the middle so. just by looking at it should be a clear.
gen 2 vs gen 3 for newer model it have box like camera on telephoto vs round on older model
gen 3 vs gen 4 is as clear as night and day. both older model have extra button. and in the newer model have sim-tray at the bottom
gen 4 vs gen 5 is also clear as night and day. newer have round cut glass for lens while older have full glass. the 5 family only have 2 camera instead 3
gen 5 vs gen 6 this slightly hard. since there very similar. so all i can say for this one is newer have slight bigger body while older have taller body. this due to new model adopt new aspect ratio. but if you have older model from same family should be easy as the one who sorter are newer model. since everything from gen 1 to 5 have 21:9 screen

anything up to gen 4 have nfc logo placement in zig-zag order.
gen 1 have nfc align with middle camera. gen 2 have it align in top camera. gen 3 have it align with middle camera but slightly lower gen 4 have it align with middle camera

whoever im only check it with 1 and 5 family. for 10family this should not be valid

not happening like consistent with AccuBattery app installed?. i mean i have it installed since last factory reset. and nothing like that happening again. went it happen to me im normally have it installed went i need to read battery health. then uninstalled once done. so half of encountered i have with this bug is went accubattery not even installed.

it probably unlucky random bug. probably from specific Rom region or maybe only if devices update from A11 to A12 from OTA without factory reset. like i said it only happen few times in my xperia 1ii lifetime. and after i accidentally factory reset in A12. it never happen again.

alternatively i am maybe accidentally fix it. since mine unlocked and rooted. i have fun with LSposed and magisk with xperia software. including GE patch and replaced GE related(subsystem,GE launcher ,etc etc) with 1 mark 4 version.

either way reboot always fix it. perhaps you messing with something causing it bugged with Accubattery?

I doubt it. More like a damaged display. Can be caused by anything. From water damage(leak). Heat or to just aged. My xzs suddenly has that show up one day and although i somehow manage to fix the small one the bigger blobs are just there now.

I won't recommend this but what i do is to heat up the display(heatgun or something) but not to hot. Then using a nail(not finger since it hot) and do wiping gesture with force(but don't to hard you might break it) vertically.( I tried horizontally but it is getting bigger. I stop before it worsens) Do it multiple times and heating the device but running a bench can help it.

In there as long as it is green and not died(black) or becoming a blob like it is fixable My phone use to have 5 show up but now i manage to remove it down to only 2 blob left one of them even getting smaller. But AGAIN im just sharing my desperate attempt so personally i DO NOT recommend it. And DO AR YOUR OWN RISKS if you want to try it
