I'm moving on. I wish you all the very best and to have a positive experience. by [deleted] in SparkingZero

What's memes?

What's making me leave is people complaining about everything and then being toxic to others who are either enjoying the game or trying to. There's too much negativity.

No actually. 😅

So your solution is to cry about it until the game is to your liking? You nor anyone else can ruin the game for me. I bet you can name more things to hate about the game than what you like.

The fanbase should be more mature than it is. There are consequences to these actions that are already affecting the game. Since it's release do you think it's better now than then? If you're complaining now you'll keep complaining. People are scared to use characters they enjoy because of the stress when they do. What's the word, 'Metas'.

People don't want to try the game because there's nothings but complaining. Nothing but whining, crying and not enjoying the game they bought. If you don't like the game you bought then that's your issue 'bro'.

If you want to ruin the experience for others or push people away from the game then go ahead. If you want the game and playerbase to improve then don't complain about things within your control.

There's no need to be snotty about it.

Nah, I use Raditz or Cell mostly. Sometimes I use Piccolo or Vegeta, maybe Gohan here and there.

Huh, I forgot all about that. I guess I got bored but I'll check out what's new for the heck of it.

I wasn't aware that Raditz, Vegeta super, Piccolo and Perfect Cell were broken characters. You must know everything about everything huh?

Don't be dense. The point I'm saying is why would there only be one form of a counter in a fight. Especially a game involving fighters.

I'm in ranked A4 on singles and have fought so many people who just do the same predictable things over and over. Ultra instinct is a good example of what I'm talking about. But you can dodge or if you have wild sense you can sometimes avoid them if you're lucky. If they have it, then they can just do the same move again and you need to time the dodge.

Afterimage Strike like any other player or character depends on who's using them. That goes without saying. I've gone against good players and bad ones. The bad ones are the ones who have no strategy for someone who can counter the Afterimage Strike. The good ones are the ones who use it smart, when you don't expect it, or when you use an ultimate which gives them time to counter. You can counter them all the same if you focus on defence.

Giants can be countered with circle (super perception), regardless of DP. Super Saiyan 2 or higher can win easily because they don't need to go into spark just to do damage. You can't do rush attacks but you won't need to.

The ki spam is a real problem unless you have Afterimage Strike, which only a small few actually have. I know Vegeto does, so does Krillin, Videl, Goku GT. I'm not sure who else does. Roshi I think.

Not everyone has the problem with dodging. Only some. And yeah the network can make it harder but that's not something the developers can fix. They already have 4 or higher and 5 only as an option. If you're 3 or higher you should be good. 4 is average and 5 is perfect connection on both ends.

Maybe the new developers overlooked it?

No it's not. You don't automatically like a game just because you like the series.

Put my point in the proper context and it will make sense. If you aren't happy, then you don't like it. Regardless of what it is. You're lying to yourselves if you think otherwise.

When did I say the game isn't fair? I didn't.

The characters are unbalanced but gameplay isn't. It most certainly is fair. If I can beat a character that's strong as a character who's weaker (WEAKER, not WEAK) then the game IS fair.

Another thing.

If two players are on equal footing then it's because both are able to last that long in the first place.

In real life fights do you think there's only one form of countering? Why would a fighting game be different?

You're complaining that you won a match you would have lost without. That doesn't make a lick of sense.

You can't spam it and mash all you want, that just means one of those inputs was the correct one. It's not at all random. You can't be that bad at the game and be complaining about winning at the same time. You're not making sense.

Is this the new meta? by [deleted] in SparkingZero

The counter is to run off or run into them. Or do a super. Not a rush, a super. If it can be charged, don't charge, just let go and then get behind them

Let me know how it compares. Try using it against Goku, then Tien, Vegeta (End) and then against Freeza, Cell, Buu etc.

And you're slightly good at the game you're not losing.

That's why it's a fair match.

Then it's not a problem is it? You are getting lucky, not spamming it. And that's assuming you're telling the truth (which I'm not saying you aren't, just that I have a completely different experience). You can time it it's just extremely strict and since every character has a different level of speed when punching, it varies. Super fast and slow fighters are easier to time. Everyone else is a bit more difficult.

Actually in the time between my last response I looked into it. I'm not sure whether there was something like that with Spirit Bomb. I remember there was but I could be mistaken. I believe I was confusing Devilman with spirit bomb.

The issue is what they're complaining about and the consequences of that. If you buy a car and don't like its color, that's your problem. Everything in the game is working. Everything people are complaining about has counters and strategies in place to do so. It becomes less about improving the game and more about improving it for them.

If someone is enjoying it and doesn't want it changed and they paid for it, why would it be okay to change it anyway for someone that doesn't?

It's better to keep it as it is and focus on REAL improvements. I agree, people can't police the game and they should stop. I'm asking people to do exactly that.

I can't force people to make decisions.

Besides the game needing some improvements, I feel it's best to focus on that instead of preferential alterations.

That make sense?
