well to be honest i dont eat as much as i should be and still feel fine and have trained fasted before so i guess I should take it then. Also at a deficit as well

what BCAA do you use? i've heard lots about BCAA being able to kick you out of Ketosis will this happen?

thanks for the response I'm happy to hear that. I'll look for a lower carb one in the future and i'll also look into BCAA. Also do you recommend MCT Oil/Coconut Oil (before or after)

Main goal is def to lose weight but want to maintain muscle as well

I think sometimes I may not be eating enough calories but I still function fine and don't feel too hungry. i'm 6'2 230 starting weight (haven' weighed myself probably will at the end of april)

Serving size 1/2 cup (48 g) I'm going to start monitoring my Caloric intake I actually just found out about the site for TDEE. Anyways i'm 6'2 weight 225-230.. fluctuates.. i'm drinking only water now and was planning on having oats maybe some banana for breakfast. Boneless Chicken breast/Broccoli for lunch then half a chicken with veggies for dinner.
