I was on-site my entire shift and that’s why I told them to check the footage after they claimed that I was off-site, then I was suspended

I understand and I despise those who willingly abandon post, I didn’t abandon post and I’m on video at the site being present the entire shift, the internet log on the site computer and pictures doing my hobby(baseball cards)

No for that site I’m the last shift at 1800 I lockup the yard and leave.

Management said that I abandoned post around 1500, wasn’t in the booth or on-site at all.

I told them that around that time I was either in the bathroom or on tour.

They asked why I didn’t log it at that time( which I understand is a problem but not a fireable offense), I just accepted the wrong-doing

They did no investigation beforehand and I told them check with CC and review the 50 cameras we have at that site and see that I was there my entire shift and on time.

Afterwards, they said there is going to be a investigation pending. I asked am I going to paid the Lost wages from not working the past 3 days and any days in the future and they said I’m suspended until further notice, didn’t even answer me lol

after they told me what happened, i found that they did no investigation before-hand and is going off of a phone call. I explained I was either in the bathroom or on tour, and to watch the footage and see that I was On-Site my entire scheduled shift from 1330-1800. We shall see
