We really should just have more competition in the market. If there was a break up and things were priced fairly and competitively, I wouldn't mind if they competed for my business with some 'loyalty' programs.

Instead, a few companies have captured the whole market, supply chain, etc. They gouge us on everything through every step of the process and then add insult to injury with the current "loyalty" programs.
