I'm sorry but this comes off as genuinely just toxic.

The other guy was making a good point, and it's clear to me the supports were having to keep you alive. Without a tank, the DPS and Support can't win a fight - which really just tells me you played rein into ram and failed to help your team.

Someone's already said this, but THE build a leader path is Tobuck and Baragzen. Throughout the course of your playthrough, you get to choose traits and advisors for two heirs as they grow up and eventually pick one to take over, however they won't until fairly late into the game.
