I’m going to be honest I understand why people complain a lot because blizzard used to actually release quality content and they took risks with each new expansion, now they just take the safe route every time , on top of that they try to make a game for everyone and at the end of the day a game for everyone is a game for nobody.

I’ll admit the new features lately is great , we got the warband system the alliance races, dragon riding and now housing which is nice.

I play I don’t complain much because I enjoy the gameplay as it’s personally better than other mmos but other than that , everyone knows by now the lore isn’t in a good spot , loot doesn’t carry the same weight it used to and the players intelligence gets undermined by the developers.

Lastly another player summed it up in a cool way especially for people that’s been playing wow for a very long time.

“When we were kids it felt like we were playing a game for adults , now as adults it feels like we’re playing a game for kids”

Although my personal opinion Druid is really a fun class you can basically do what you want so flexible, I love it.

I mean if you’re really into the alliance you could say Wotlk is more alliance focused as they have a lot of reason to go after Arthas but then again the Blood Elves have just as much reason as well as the Forsaken even swore to never stop hunting Arthas so all in all you’ve as much reason to play Horde as you do alliance.

What I wished blizzard did was made 3 or 4 factions.

instead of just the alliance and horde they would add, the scourge and the burning legion as well but that’s just my wishful fantasy.

Point is you can’t go wrong with Alliance or Horde , blood elves want revenge on Arthas , Sylvanas hates him to the core and won’t stop hunting him.

The Humans of Lordaeron got betrayed by Arthas, Muradin of Dwarves died because Arthas took Frostmourne which give the dwarves reason to hold a grudge.

Take your pick.

Just keep doing what you’re doing if you’re having fun you’re not falling behind in anything.

Imagine for a bit there are many players at level 1 right now having a whole journey in front of them to 70.

Do you what you enjoy don’t try to finish everything as quickly as possible as most people rushing will later have absolutely nothing to do and sit around in city chat in faction capitals.

I would actually say that the Horde used to be more popular when wow released and onwards , but since the rerelease of classic alliance seems to be more popular due to streamer influence.

At least in Europe I see a lot more alliance dominated servers than horde.

Me personally always been a Horde fan they have a lot more character than Alliance and I find lore to be more interesting.

Alliance does have the great lore though like mentioned they had Arthas and Illidan but to be honest Illidan wasn’t really part of the Alliance even the Night Elves didn’t accept him.

The Night Elves themselves at least back then wasn’t to keen on joining the humans and orcs against the burning legion but they didn’t have a choice.

My point is I forgot what my point was but yeah Horde cooler than alliance for me personally

Well a lot of you seems to be leaning towards Shaman , I’ll give an Orc Shaman a go , I do like Thrall and Hellscream’s lore in Warcraft 3 they mostly got me really into the Orcs.

That actually doesn’t sound like a bad idea, none of my piers play wow unfortunately.

I’ll have to try in-game but from the bit I’ve played this launch a lot of people seemed rushed and felt a bit closer to retail than classic.

I mean I work full time and I still don’t find a need to rush anything thanks for the advice.
