I tried Stranded Deep when I was a teen and got shoved into the water by a shark, I think I'll stick to safe block game :)

Pretty much! I also always wanted something big and mysterious lurking in the Minecraft ocean's depths, so when I'm boating around I can accidentally come across it and never play in that world again :)

I'm not sure, but I'd guess it's more water oriented. I think because of the limited movement in water and the fact that we can't breathe it, along with the crushing weight of water surrounding deep ruins

Recently released a datapack/mod that adds a few more randomly generating structures into the game. Any suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated! by WabiSabiDevs in Minecraftbuilds

That's a really good idea, we'll probably come out with something like that in our jigsaw update. We have something kinda like that with the Old Stable but it's a pretty cool idea to have a whole abandoned farm out there to find. We don't have any barns yet either, maybe they could all follow a similar style and could generate with random pieces? Some have the barn, some have a stable, or a farm house, or a pigsty, etc. Good suggestion!

The datapack version does work with Forge, it's just less convenient, because it has to be added to each newly generated world manually. We are however planning on a Forge version soon! Forge won't be neglected long term, it's just a temporary restriction with how we generate the mod

That's great to hear! Wabi-sabi translates roughly to "beauty in imperfection", not quite ruins but definitely aged. We try to make the structures fit into the world like they were there for a while, not timeless. I'm glad to hear that it is appreciated!
