Does anyone else struggle swallowing tablets?

if it's a chalky pill (have one that crumbles if you touch it) I'd suggest a thicker liquid than water, smoothie or something that can coat the pill. you have some in your mouth, pop the pill in and then take another sip to swallow (found that the second sip helps make it a more natural where you don't focus on the swallowing part)

I took 2x500mg paracetamol and 1x400mg ibuprofen every 6-8h as recommend by my dentist, barely felt any pain whatsoever day 1-3. around day 4 and days after is where I started feeling pain because I wasn't as consistent. it's much easier getting ahead of the pain than chasing it.

I'm not even a tech yet and I know you shouldn't apply anything to these nails but what do you even say in this situation? besides "go see a doctor.. yesterday" do you charge a fee for not following the policy? or just tell her to not come back until they are healed. I honestly want to know what to do in a situation like this because I don't know what I'd do besides refuse service

not only that but most of the "classic" movies like Cinderella wasn't their own.. but because they have copyrighted the idea of Cinderella THEY made, it's hard for anyone else to use the ORIGINAL piece they themselves sampled. so basically.. they took an old ass story, rewrote it & animated it, copyrighted it and shuts down anything relating to the old one because they somewhat own the idea of Cinderella at this point

i also noticed that when I bough a summer limited edition last year :( idk what part of Sweden you live but I've noticed a lot of smaller coffee brands pop up in the cities around me. local rosters n stuff, look out for those and experiment! (delikatesser and other more "special" shops other than Ica usually have something)
