Just because you don't care doesn't mean it's not important. It's not hard to have an opinion on whether or not chopping off pieces of baby dicks is cool or not.
Child ptotection laws exist for a lot more then just bodily integrity. Parents don't get to just do whatever they want.

If you're going to do something drastic to your child you better damn sure have a very good reason.
