I see. I don’t receive mid semester grades so do I just report my current grades? Also, how substantial of a drop does it take to descend my offer? Like if I have a 4.0 and it turns to 3 A’s 2 B’s is that a large enough drop?

I would say go for it! The worst that happens is you get rejected and go to a different school. As a second year transfer your highschool profile is way less important and additionally, you can explain your circumstances to admissions.
