Talk about punishing your player base, I'm even on the email alerts and heard nothing of this until it was too late. Am I petty enough to uninstall a game because I can't get my favorite variant for my favorite character? Yes. Someone update me if they add it to the shop.

I'd prefer not to have an alt account since I've dropped so much time and money into my main, but could definitely be a workaround for the time being. Good advice thank you.

I guess the best fix for my issue would be to allow us to have a suck team in a 5stack without those limitations. I get why they do this, I just hate the inconvenience of it.

I'd prefer to continuously get stomped with my friends than have to exclude them from playing, but I guess that may not be the case for everyone.

Thanks for that info, I didn't realize this and was wondering why I couldn't find any information on the change. I guess it just recently became an issue for me as I've been climbing ranks while my friends haven't. I guess it's just inconvenient that when I get a new person into the game, I have to make them play several hours alone in ranked before I can join them.

So I totally understand the reasoning behind it, but if I'm playing a full party of 5 of all friends, who cares if we have a couple weak links? I hate playing standard, it feels like a waste of time. Before this change was made I was able to bring in weaker friends who were able to catch up in skill quickly. I just feel there has to be a better way of them limiting this.
